Our techs remain current with trends, latest technologies and tech advancements to ensure we provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Operating Hours

• Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (extended hours by appointment).
• Saturday Computer Repair Services are provided by appointment only.
• After hours Computer Services are provided on a case by case basis.
• Online Services: Commence as early as 20 minutes after service signup. Online services run continuously and beyond normal operating hours. Phone Support for Online Services: 9am-6pm. Services cannot be scheduled to start beyond 10pm EST unless an emergency service is required (see below).
• Emergency service hours (Overnights and Sundays): Services which begin after 10pm or anytime on Sunday. Emergency service will be determined by GeekITDown techs based on each individual situation. Call to inquire.
